About the role
Working with the People and Culture team and Information Systems Manager, you will support the implementation and maintenance of people-related technology, reporting, international payrolls and data processes. Focus on improving employee experience and manager capability through the advocacy of technology and translating data into meaningful insights.
You will work alongside key People and Culture stakeholders to deliver people data reports and insights that will facilitate data-driven organisation decision making. You will be responsible for the design and management of insightful reports and dashboards, bringing a detailed and analytical approach to your work.
You will identify people reporting requirements and manage ad-hoc reporting requests. You will use your advanced problem solving and analytical techniques to validate data and provide root cause analysis. You will compare and report on all relevant industry trends that can be integrated into existing reporting and actively support and collaborate with the wider team to support the overall administration and maintenance of people data.
This is a maternity leave cover contract for up to ten months.
Working with a diverse group of employees in a range of locations, you are unashamedly a people person with a proven track record in partnering with the business to deliver solutions.
You will have a result-oriented mindset, demonstrate high energy with a positive can-do attitude as well as work well under pressure, relish a challenge and proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
You are a passionate and self-motivated people reporting and payroll specialist with experience in payroll delivery, reporting and data analysis. Solid Chris21 and Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to process high volumes of data and develop meaningful insights. Strong analytical and problem solving capability is essential.
