Dylan Walmsley

Dylan Walmsley joined the Robert Bird Group in 2002, working primarily within the Construction Engineering discipline.

During this time, Dylan has demonstrated strong capabilities in the design of temporary works and construction equipment installation design (particularly Tower Cranes, Mobile Cranes and Hoists), and his involvement in many key and large-scale temporary works projects has seen his skills develop further.  Dylan has lead RBG Construction Engineering teams in some of the most challenging and unique temporary works projects, such as the structures and methodologies that allowed the worlds largest tower crane to be relocatable on the Gorgon LNG project in Western Australia.

The knowledge that Dylan has gained though his 17 years of construction engineering enables him to work with a wide range of clients to create and enable unique construction methodologies The experience gained within Construction Engineering has also given Dylan the specialist skills to deliver projects throughout Australia and internationally including in; Hong Kong, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, The United Kingdom, Canada, Bahrain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kazakhstan and Turkey. Dylan is currently the General Manager for Northern Region with responsibility for the three core Robert Bird Group disciplines; Structures, Civil and Construction Engineering.
