The opportunity:

Reporting to the Operations Manager NSW/ACT in the North Sydney office, the responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Supporting the region’s monthly invoicing process
  • Project forecasting and month-end reporting
  • Reviewing fee proposals for accuracy and compliance to company standards
  • Assisting with contract administration
  • Assisting with daily banking processes
  • Updating fee schedule and variation information into RBG systems
  • Assisting in updating project related financial data in the project management system
  • Ensuring the integrity of financial accounting inputs/outputs
  • Assisting with any adhoc reporting requirements
  • Supporting with training and development of team members on company systems
  • Ensuring absolute confidentiality regarding HR and commercially sensitive information
  • Ensuring the production of high-quality work and that professional standards are maintained
  • Controlling and maintaining the filing of documents and data associated with your work
  • Identifying and developing productivity improvements to current administrative and commercial practices
