About the role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will bring to RBG a positive can-do attitude, composure, exceptional organisational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Day-to-day, you will provide executive-level support to the Chief Executive Officer, whilst having the opportunity to work with the broader executive team. You will manage diaries across different time zones, coordinate international travel approvals, undertake and produce minutes/executive reports and respond to queries enabling maximum effectiveness of time and deliverables.

You will have the ability to build trust and rapport with senior leaders, colleagues, clients, and peers. You will relish the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you will be seen as a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and broader executive team.

Skills and Experience

With an eye for detail, the successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to make decisions quickly and remain calm under pressure. You will have high emotional intelligence and be able to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders from all levels, both verbal and written.

In addition, you will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within a Professional Services Industry.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to adapt to the needs of the business when required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in minute-taking and maintaining confidential information.
  • Experience organising events/functions, both internally and externally.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to promote a positive and collaborative office culture.
