Our team is pleased to provide structural engineering services for some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects such as Cross River Rail, Queens Wharf and Eagle St Pier Redevelopment in Brisbane.
An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join our highly skilled and energetic corporate support team. You’ll have opportunity to play a key role providing hands-on financial and commercial expertise to assist us to deliver current and other future projects.
Reporting to the Northern Region General Manager, working in close collaboration with senior management and the administrative team, apply your talents to provide high quality financial reporting and commentaries to support decision making, financial planning and budgetary control across a diverse range of private and public sector projects from all types of buildings to major social, utility, transport, and infrastructure projects.

With a track record of achievement in a similar role, an understanding of the importance of the “internal customer”, you’ll have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change. As we appreciate a diverse perspectives and insight, experience within a professional services firm would be well received but is not essential.
The successful applicant will have / be:
- 3 – 5 years’ (approx.) experience with sound understanding of accounting principles
- Strong interpersonal skills able to advise and support our management team
- Proven ability to develop and manage complex budgets
- Experience successfully implementing sound financial management practice
- Ability to work independently with a creative problem solving approach
- Project management experience
- Relevant business academic qualifications e.g. CPA / CA
- a right attitude, more important than overall experience
