The Opportunity
Graduate Development Programme is a two-year rolling programme supporting you through the transition from your studies to a fulfilling career. We encourage you to take ownership of your career development and will support you on your path towards chartership.
We offer consulting engineering services across five disciplines, drawing upon our international expertise:
- Structural engineering
- Civil engineering
- Construction engineering
- Geotechnical engineering (UK & Middle East)
- Virtual Design & Construction
We are interested in hearing from candidates in their final year studying Geotechnical Engineering. This is an opportunity to join highly skilled teams in a business that has pioneered the development of various approaches and techniques that are now considered an industry standard.
What will you do?
Our Graduate Geotechnical Engineers assist the team with an incredibly wide range of things, just to name a few;
- Design and analysis of foundations, slope stability
- Prepare of sketches to carry out numerical modelling for soil-structure interaction and ground movement assessments
- Prepare project reports and specifications
Site inspections, ground investigations and design
