Justin Hettinga

Justin graduated from the University of Calgary (Canada) in 2007 with a degree in civil engineering with a structural engineering minor, with distinction. He has practised in Canada for four years and gained experience in the design of timber, steel, masonry, aluminium and reinforced concrete structures subject to high seismic and snow loads. At the University of Padua, Italy and the Czech Technical University, Czech Republic, Justin completed a masters on structural assessment of heritage buildings, with research done in Venice and Prague. Since joining Robert Bird Group, Justin has gained experience in the design and delivery of various projects, including heritage buildings. Justin is a Principal in the RBG Melbourne office.
