About the role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager in Brisbane (HQ), this exciting opportunity will see you supporting and partnering with our leaders and their teams across a range of strategic and operational people and culture initiatives to create high levels of employee collaboration, engagement, performance and business results.

Partnering with stakeholders, with a values-driven approach, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, supporting and delivering core P&C initiatives
- Providing professional, reliable, high quality, service-driven support to enhance RBG’s operational performance and efficiencies.
- Providing IR / ER strategic advice, support, coaching and mentoring
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures ensuring currency with workplace legislation and industry trends
- Active participation in a collaborative P&C team, supporting delivery of key projects and making a positive difference to the business
You are collaborative in your approach, a natural builder of relationships and will possess well developed, engagement/partnering, technical and people skills backed by effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills and the confidence to support and mentor senior management amongst prioritising other competing demands.
We’re seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a broad generalist skillset who enjoys making a difference within the teams they support and relationships that they develop, and can demonstrate their effectiveness in delivering to their stakeholder groups through positive results.
You will possess appropriate professional qualifications with experience gained preferably from a professional service consulting background, you may also have some project site experience (this is not an essential requirement as we are open to looking at people from other industry backgrounds).
Melbourne based, this role requires flexibility to travel to Adelaide and other site project offices at times.
