Due to continued growth across our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organised casual People & Culture (P&C) Undergraduate/Graduate to join our experienced P&C team.
The successful candidate will either be working towards, or have recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Management, or law. You will assist in providing operational and administrative support across a wide array of HR processes and functions including:
- Supporting the P&C team with end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, induction, variations, and offboarding
- Preparation of HR documentation including contract and letter generation, minute-taking, and presentations
- Assisting with recruitment activities including stakeholder management, posting job advertisements, reference checking, and background checks
- Providing guidance and support for internal and external P&C queries
- Reviewing and recommending efficiencies for process improvement
- Maintaining and collating employee records
- Supporting the P&C team in the achievement of strategic initiatives and activities
Working alongside a supportive P&C team, you will be eager and willing to learn whilst being provided with on-the-job development, training, and coaching. You will be a team player and demonstrate your critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment contributing to the success of the P&C team.
We are looking for a student who:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively, whilst managing competing priorities
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels within the organisation
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work as part of a team, and autonomously when required
