The Opportunity

Duties
Role responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for 3D spatial coordination in a coordination software/platform and report/assign issues (Inc. Clashes) to project stakeholders, including hosting of meetings.
- Responsible for input/support to tender response activities, including BEP/EIR Review, Capability and Capacity Assessments, PQQ’s etc.
- Responsible for providing training for specific BIM processes, model uses and technologies to the project team.
- Responsible for producing a range of model outputs according the EIR, BEP and DPoW.
- Responsible for ensuring any client or Lead Appointed party metadata requirements are delivered including compliance.
- Contribute to the Digital Plan of Works (DPoW) and assist Project BIM Lead and Design Leads with the management of the Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP).
- Work Collaboratively with all design disciplines to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution.
- Proactively engages with RBG design managers to develop strategies to coordinate BIM Models and interfaces directly with the Lead Appointed Parties BIM team.
- Contribute to the development of processes, procedures, templates supporting the BIM Manager.
- Ability to understand and enact project BEP based on best practice and RBG standards client information requirements.
To be considered for this role you should be able to provide:
- A passion for all matters BIM related
- Relevant degree from the construction and engineering sector
- Understanding of BIM Level 2 preferred
- Autodesk Revit & Navisworks competencies
- 3DS Max, Advanced Steel, Infraworks an added advantage
- Experience in structural and/or civil modelling
- Dynamo, Grasshopper, Rhino utilisation preferred
- Project management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of self-initiative and motivation
- Strong leadership abilities
- Credible expertise in all related areas
- The ability to apply commercial outputs upon work tasks
- A fast paced but team orientated style of working
