The Opportunity

An exciting permanent full-time opportunity exists for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our CE team in Melbourne. Join a highly skilled and energetic CE team and play a key role in assisting us in successfully delivering landmark projects.

This role provides an opportunity to work directly with contractors and developers to create structural engineering solutions to overcome a wide range of technical challenges contractors face when constructing buildings and infrastructure projects.

The successful applicant will have:

  • 5 years experience in the structural design of temporary works
  • The motivation to work on construction engineering projects and to develop construction methodology with contractors
  • The ability to work independently and to be client-facing
  • Sound engineering design and site experience
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Relevant academic qualifications and Chartered status
  • Australian experience, including a sound understanding of AU Standards
