We deliver proven “design for delivery” results, providing quality-controlled engineering solutions for complex construction challenges such as the Construction Methodology for the Greenland Centre, Sydney.
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a Structural Design Engineer to join our CE team in North Sydney. Working with a highly skilled and energetic team, play a key role assisting us successfully deliver current and future projects working directly with contractors and developers to create structural engineering solutions to overcome a wide range of technical challenges faced by contractors when constructing buildings and infrastructure projects. This provides a wide variety of projects to advance one’s structural engineering skills.
The successful applicant will have / be:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar Structural Engineering role
- A solid grounding in steel and reinforced concrete design
- Experience in the design of temporary works and developing construction methodology with contractors
- Able to work independently and be client facing
- A creative problem solver with a proactive approach
- Relevant academic qualifications
- Australian experience including solid understanding of AU Standards and local authority requirements is desirable, but a right attitude and overall experience is more important
