Our Structures team is adept in all modern construction materials and systems, not only in concrete, masonry, and steel but also in timber, aluminium and glass, structural fabrics, and composites. At the same time, sustainability is fundamental to the approach to design.

Our Brisbane team has engineered and is continuing to deliver some of the largest and most complex projects such as Cross River Rail, Queens Wharf and Jubilee Place.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Graduate Engineer to join our Structures team in Brisbane. As an RBG Graduate, you will work with and learn from experienced engineers, expanding your knowledge and experience. We encourage you to take ownership of your career development and will support you on your path toward chartered status.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A relevant engineering qualification with a strong academic record
  • 1-2 years of structural engineering experience
  • A commitment to continuous learning
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • A solid understanding of Australian Standards is essential
