Project Description

Shams Meera is a residential project which forms part of the Shams Abu Dhabi development on Reem Island. The project consists of two 25- storey towers, providing a total 400 mid-income residential apartments, with a shared 3-storey deep underground basement car park, and ground floor podium landscaping. The design team was led by Woods Bagot, for developer Aldar properties. Robert Bird Group worked closely with Aldar and the rest of the design team to help achieve a record low construction cost for this type of building.
