Your Next Step Starts Here...

1. Online Application

Find the role that suits you best and complete our short application form. Make sure your CV is tailored to the position and tell us what excites you about engineering and joining Robert Bird Group. We recommend taking a focused, quality-over-quantity approach.

2. Assessment & Review

If your application meets our initial criteria, you’ll be invited to attend an in-person assessment day. This includes a range of activities such as group exercises, written tasks and an introduction to our business.

3. Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview with members of our team. This may include technical or hypothetical questions, as well as a brief task or discussion to understand how you approach real-world challenges.

4. Offer

Within around 10 working days of the final interview, we’ll let you know the outcome. If you’re successful, we’ll guide you through the next steps as you get ready to start your career with Robert Bird Group.
