Arash is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer boasting over two decades of extensive experience in civil structural engineering. His expertise is primarily focused on the design and analysis of bridges, underground structures, and civil infrastructure, encompassing both temporary and permanent works. Arash is well-versed in all stages of development, employing advanced structural analysis techniques such as non-linear materials, staged construction, dynamic response spectral analysis, kinematics, structural health monitoring, load rating, prestressed structures, and bridges. Furthermore, he excels in project and design management.

Throughout his career, Arash has been an integral part of diverse design teams, gaining experience in various roles across the construction and infrastructure industry. His involvement has encompassed projects in design and construct and alliances, as well as engagements as a consultant and consortium client-side representative for various heavy structures and civil infrastructure projects worldwide. Notable among these are North East Link, Melbourne Airport Rail Airport Viaduct Package and Sunshine Systems Alliance. Arash’s comprehensive skill set, and diverse project experience underscore his ability to deliver innovative and effective solutions across a range of challenging engineering endeavours.

Arash has also co-authored numerous publications and holds a PhD in Structural and Material Engineering, a Master of Structural Engineering, a Master of Business Strategy, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). Additionally, he serves as an adjunct associate professor at Griffith University, striving to maintain close relationships between industry and research institutes.
