Caleb Goozee
Principal (QLD + NT)

With over 15 years of experience, Caleb has worked to deliver high-value and high-quality structural engineering for a variety of marine, industrial, mining and infrastructure projects. Central to the successful and safe delivery of these projects is Caleb’s comprehensive understanding of construction equipment and innovative methodologies tailored to each project.

Caleb has extensive experience in construction engineering across infrastructure, marine and transport assets. He brings deep understanding of construction constraints and opportunities, particularly within operational environments, and has successfully delivered methodology inputs on technically challenging projects, like for example the Cross River Rail Project – Roma Street Demolition Project.

Caleb is adept at early identification of construction risks and integrating innovative construction techniques to overcome access, sequencing and safety challenges. His recent work on the Drum Separator 5 Upgrade Project demonstrated his ability to drive practical outcomes that balanced cost, practicality, programme and level of risk.

By ensuring construction methodologies are viable and value-driven, Caleb will contribute to the financial sustainability of the project.Â
