Eric completed his Bachelor of Engineering Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Western Ontario, London, Canada and received his MHKIE and MIStructE in 2013 and 2014, respectively. He joined RBG in 2022 with background in both engineering design and construction management having worked at various organisations ranging from engineering consultants, contractors, and developers.

Eric has extensive knowledge and experience in the design and construction of large-scale multidisciplinary projects including the Tammar Development Project, the Hong Kong Disneyland Expansion, the Passenger Terminal Building Enhancement Works for Hong Kong International Airport, and the Development of Prince of Wales Hospital Extension along with overseeing alteration and addition works for the Hong Kong office. His proficiency extends to the use of diverse construction materials including concrete, structural steel, structural aluminium, and glass as well as some rare materials like timber and glass reinforced plastic.

In his prior role as a Project Manager, Eric consistently delivered projects on-time and within budget with awareness of local regulations and practice. Moreover, he maintained high levels of quality and safety, while prioritising environmental considerations.
