Glynn has over fourteen years of Civil Engineering experience; working on a wide variety of infrastructure and Masterplanning projects, where he is a lead designer and manager for infrastructure works.

His strengths lie in client liaison and design of both urban and rural projects, with particular emphasis on SuDS design and advice. He has experience leading section 278 (public realm highway design) projects across the UK. In addition to this, he liaises with site teams and answers queries for civil engineering works on site covering earthworks, drainage and road design. He is the London civil engineering team leader.

Glynn’s experience includes: large-scale, mixed-use rural and urban masterplans; landside airport infrastructure; and public realm, school, residential and commercial projects.
His masterplan experience is both within the UK and international, being project lead for a 52ha masterplan within Montenegro. He seeks to enable key decisions such as phasing, energy supply and for management to be considered early in masterplan development to gain the most value from the masterplan.
