Jonathan is a chartered civil engineer with thirty years of experience in the design and construction of a range of both private and public sector infrastructure projects.

Having worked initially as a land surveyor for a small civil engineering practice, Jonathan broadened his career to encompass general civil engineering design and site supervision with contractors, consulting engineers and clients, including ten years on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link project and six years on Crossrail. Since joining Robert Bird Group (RBG), Jonathan has been package lead on several temporary works highway design packages for High Speed Two and acted as Contractor’s Responsible Engineer on a Network Rail Design Services Framework.
