Matt is a Principal who joined Robert Bird Group in 2010. He has extensive experience in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, health, and infrastructure. His technical strengths is primarily in steel and concrete systems, developing concepts supported by a strong focus on constructability and practicality. 

Matt brings a holistic approach to problem‑solving and project leadership utilizing his experience across major urban infrastructure, large‑scale commercial centres, entertainment precincts and tall buildings. 

Matt is best known as a people‑focused leader who excels in guiding large, integrated design teams as well as identifying risks early, resolving complex interfaces, and co-ordinating best for project outcomes.
