Mitchell Tesch joined the Robert Bird Group in 2010, following completion of a Bachelor of Engineering with first class honours at Queensland University of Technology. Since joining Robert Bird Group, Mitchell has gained extensive experience in the design and delivery of complex permanent and temporary structures across a broad range of international projects. Mitchell has a well-rounded skill set that covers many facets of structural design and construction engineering, including: 

• structural design from concept to completion, 

• peer reviews & value engineering studies, 

• construction methodology and erection sequence development from staged construction analysis, and 

• modern computational and parametric design methods with well-developed programming skills. 

Mitchell’s experience allows him to work productively with the client to develop high quality solutions to difficult design challenges. His open-minded approach and ability to communicate effectively with all parties has been crucial to the success of many of our projects.
