Scott joined Robert Bird Group (RBG) in 1997. During his time at RBG, he has led the structural engineering design for major projects in Australia, Middle East and United Kingdom.

During his tenure, Scott has held various leadership roles. From 2003 to 2005, he managed the Global Business Unit, overseeing the delivery of alternative design solutions for projects like the Heathrow Terminal 5 Multi-Storey Carpark and Dubai International Airport Terminal 3. From 2005 to 2012, Scott served as Director of the UK Business, leading design delivery for notable projects such as Westfield London, Westfield Stratford, and 100 Bishopsgate in London. Upon returning to Australia in 2013, he continued to deliver major projects in Queensland and New South Wales, including Grand Central Shopping Centre in Toowoomba and Wynyard Place in Sydney.

Scott’s extensive international project experience informs his ability to create safe, practical, and buildable engineering solutions. His proactive design leadership has contributed to the successful delivery of landmark developments. Currently serving as Managing Director for Buildings, Scott has been instrumental in driving RBG’s digital transformation.
