Steve joined Robert Bird Group (RBG) in 2007 as a Senior CAD Technician, specializing in the detailed design of steel and reinforced concrete structures. Rapidly demonstrating his capabilities, by 2008, he assumed the role of Drawing Office Manager, overseeing the meticulous execution of design plans. February 2013 marked a pivotal moment in Steve’s career trajectory as he was promoted from Drawing Office Manager to Production Manager for the London office. This elevation underscored his exceptional leadership skills and commitment to excellence in project delivery. This was furthered with a promotion to Associate in 2016.

Fast forward to 2023/4, Steve’s continued dedication and proficiency led him to the position of Associate Director. With an impressive tenure spanning over 37 years in the realm of structural engineering, Steve brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project he undertakes.
