Yeniree has over eleven years of experience in the design and construction of both private and public sector projects within the UK and internationally. Yeniree obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology in 2010. She has been based in the UK since 2012 and previously in the USA and Venezuela. She has experience in different sectors as infrastructure, oil and gas, offshore, and buildings.
Yeniree has considerable experience using finite element analysis software (Plaxis 2D and 3D) to provide efficient solutions to challenging geotechnical projects. Her skills have helped clients reduce programme, decrease health and safety risks during construction, and provide a sustainable foundation solution for projects.
She has a wide experience in obtaining third party asset approvals from different parties as Thames Water, London Underground, Network Rail, and High Speed 1. Yeniree has led multiple ground movement assessment and impact assessments. She has a wide understanding on the requirements from the Third parties and how to approach and analyse the impact assessment. She leads the conversations with this third-party asset owners to obtain their approval and to enable construction start without delays.
Yeniree is skilled at designing shallow and deep foundations and various types of retaining wall systems. She has also experience in designing raft foundations and piled raft foundations.
She has vast experience in slope stability analysis, liquefaction assessments, ground movement assessment, building damage assessment, Category III checks, peer reviews, and witness expert cases. Yeniree has also experience in geotechnical ground investigations from scoping to producing Ground Investigation Reports. Yeniree frequently prepares geotechnical desk studies, interpretative reports, design report, technical notes, and responses to client queries. She also manages the geotechnical team at Robert Bird Group.
