We are proud that Elephant Park H7 was shortlisted for Housing and Residential Project of the Year at the British Construction and Infrastructure (BCI) Awards 2025.

The category celebrates projects that demonstrate excellence in delivering high-quality homes while tackling the urgent challenges of the UK’s housing crisis. While we didn’t take home the win this time, being recognised among such exceptional projects is a testament to the strength of collaboration and the quality of work delivered by the entire team.

At Robert Bird Group, we’re honoured to have contributed as lead engineer to a project that supports London’s housing needs and sets a benchmark for urban living. The project was designed and delivered by AFK Studios for Lendlease and comprises 424 homes ranging from private sale to build-to-rent and affordable tenures.
