Dylan Walmsley – Executive Director ANZ (Australia + New Zealand)
I am honoured and excited to lead RBG in ANZ where we have a 40+ year history of amazing people, projects and clients. The future is bright across all our global regions, so I am looking forward to further collaboration within RBG, and our SJ sister companies, to expose our immensely talented people to the further iconic projects.
The future of structural engineering is going to be shaped by several key trends and advancements including Sustainability, Advanced Materials, Parametric and Generative Design to name a few. These combined with RBG’s fundamental philosophy of Design for Delivery provide us with a unique platform to be truly impactful in the future of the built environment.
Jarrad Warhurst – Executive Director AECA (Americas, Europe + Central Asia)
I’m excited to have the opportunity to lead RBG across the AECA region working with our fantastic and talented people across all parts of our business, providing them with a platform to achieve both professional and personal success. I’m also thrilled to be able to work with the other regional leaders in driving both RBG and our sister companies to the forefront of the industry, making positive Real Impact the world around us.
The rise of digital design and automation is going to continue to disrupt our industry with the pace of change becoming ever quicker. Successful engineering businesses are going to be ones with the skills and capabilities to be change ready and agile, in a fast-paced design environment. The engineering business of the future is one that is going to be able to leverage their data to find the most valuable solutions for their clients, while being able to integrate effectively not just with other designers, but the supply chain and wider industry. It is exciting times for the role of engineers!
Rodney Seely – Executive Director AMEP (Africa, Middle East + Pakistan)
I’m excited by the opportunity to interface with other Regional Executive Directors to drive RBG forward into its next phase. Working alongside our talented mix of leaders in Africa, the Middle East, and Pakistan, I am also eager to grow our multi-disciplinary team offering across the SJ Group. The growth aspirations of the wider business are incredibly exciting and align perfectly with our intent in the Africa, Middle East, and Pakistan region.
As we move into the future, the focus will be on people, collaboration, and creativity, using technology not as a replacement but as a powerful ally in creating a sustainable future.
