Robert Bird Group Projects Recognised at The Urban Developer Awards

Robert Bird Group has achieved outstanding success at this year’s Urban Developer Awards, with two of our projects winning prestigious accolades and several others recognised as finalists.

Our work on 8 Phillip St earned the Excellence in Construction Innovation award. This project showcased our ability to tackle complex engineering challenges, integrating a high-rise hotel and residential tower with an existing heritage church in a tight urban setting.

Liverpool Civic Place won the Excellence in Community Engagement award. This multi-use development is set to become a cornerstone of Liverpool’s city centre, providing new spaces for council services, offices, childcare, and retail.

In addition to these wins, we’re proud to have had multiple projects shortlisted:

  • One Sydney Harbour – Residences One & Residences Two: Finalist, Development of the Year – High-Density Residential
  • Mason & Main: Finalist, Development of the Year – Build-to-Rent, Hotels and Accommodation
  • Mason & Main – Stage One: Finalist, Development of the Year – Mixed-Use
  • 530 Collins Wellness Facility: Finalist, Excellence in Design Innovation and Excellence in Commercial Innovation

These recognitions span our diverse portfolio, highlighting our team’s skill across various project types. We’re thankful for our clients’ trust and look forward to continuing our work on exemplary projects.
