Welcoming our ANZ Graduate Cohort
Our newest ANZ graduate cohort came together in Sydney for a two-day orientation, kicking off their careers with RBG and starting their journey through our ANZ Graduate Development Program
The orientation was designed to connect graduates from across the business and introduce them to our people, our ways of working, and the breadth of work we deliver. Across the two days, graduates connected with senior leaders, heard reflections on career journeys and lessons learned, and began building relationships with peers across the cohort.
The group visited Waterloo Metro and took a guided tour of Barangaroo Metro – a chance to see first-hand how our projects have helped shape the heart of the city. They also put their teamwork and creativity to the test in a spirited paper bridge-building challenge.
One standout piece of advice came from our Sydney Regional Director, Bonar Bucalina:
“If an opportunity comes your way, say yes first. Trust that you will figure things out as you go.”
What our ANZ Graduate Development Program offers
Our graduates are supported through the ANZ Graduate Development Program, a multidisciplinary program for entry-level professionals who have recently completed their tertiary qualifications.
The GDP is a two-year program with a minimum 36 hours of development each year, bringing together in-person and virtual learning with practical, on-the-job application.
We’re proud to welcome our graduates and look forward to supporting them as they develop their skills, build connections, and contribute to the projects shaping our communities across Australia and New Zealand
