City Center Residence a high-rise Residential Tower in Business Bay with a total Area is around 67,000 sqm of built up.
The tower consists of 1B+GF+4P+49 Floors+1MEP+6 Roofs.
The tower consists of 2 typical floors form the main body of the tower and a Central core.

Project Challenges

RBG Scope of Works started with the peer review and value engineering for the Schematic Design Stage. Thereafter, the client appointed RBG to perform the same scope for the Detailed Design Stage Performed by the original consultant BHNS. The client then requested RBG to be involved in completing the Detailed Design Stage on the back of the review done by the team.

Added Value

RBG added value under two main aspects:

• Value Engineering the Design at its Schematic and Detailed Design Stage. Plus providing some VE ideas for optimized carp park layout.
• Completing the Detailed Design and meet the client aggressive program.
