An exclusive residential project located on an island in the Gold Coast Broadwater. The design and analysis allows for earthquake resistance of the structures in loose, water-charged sands.

The two to eight storey apartment buildings consisting of lap pool, BBQ facilities, two free form pools, bike and jogging track, gym and landscaped recreation areas. The basement car parks were also located to minimise the hydrostatic basement loads, thus eliminating the 500 fusion piles on the project. Ephraim Island was engineered to provide a high quality development in a marine environment with efficient use of structural systems and materials.
