EQ Tower
Project Description
EQ Tower provides residential apartments within the academic precinct of Melbourne's CBD. The tower occupies an approximately 1896m² block, housing 630 apartments and 200 car spaces across 63 storeys. Its distinct facades include the north side, featuring full-height glazing on balconies with sunshades inspired by the Australian outback, and the south side, clad in bronze-coloured, floor-to-ceiling glass with sliding double-glazed doors that open to glass balustrades.
Recipient of the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2017-2018 for Best Residential High-Rise Architecture and Residential High-Rise Development in Australia, EQ Tower exemplifies excellence in design and development.
