Robert Bird Group provided structural and civil engineering services for two new buildings at Iona College boy’s school; a two storey multipurpose GLA building and a three storey science building. Robert Bird Group provided a full civil, structural and construction engineering service from Project inception.

- Composite timber truss and steel framed roofs.

- Suspended walkway link between the two buildings.
- Civil works include, bulk earthworks, retaining walls and service connections.
- New internal access road for maintenance vehicle access.
- High quality finishes to external pavement work.
- Undercroft area with water tank storage.
