Mason & Main (Merrylands Court)

Project Description

The Mason & Main Merrylands Court project comprises five residential towers with heights ranging from 13 to 25 storeys, situated above a retail and community podium area. Located in the suburb of Merrylands within the Cumberland Council Area, it stands as the largest build-to-rent project ever undertaken in NSW.

Encompassing approximately 70,000 square meters, the development features shared basement-level car park and a public domain at street level. The ground floor podium level hosts retail spaces, a supermarket, and amenities. Childcare facilities and additional retail spaces are situated on level 01 of the first three towers. Spread across two basements spanning four levels, the project is to be constructed in two stages.
