This 19 storey precinct is a mixed use development over four basement levels of car parking. Uses include residential apartments, serviced apartments / hotel, retail and commercial areas.

Project Features

• The multiple uses required a large span typical floor to minimise the number of columns in order to avoid multiple levels of transfer structure.
• The site is adjacent to a heritage listed Brisbane Youth Centre and required shoring hard against two buildings to allow construction of the four basements.
