Project Description

RBG was engaged by Evolution Events to identify structural engineering risks via observations made on site, and to provide engineering advice for temporary activations and structures within Zone 6 of the Al Diriyah Festival located just outside of Riyadh, KSA. The engineering advises provided was based on either site observations or independent design reviews.

RBG’s Role

For several activations and structures such as the stages, the restaurants, and the entrance gate structures, RBG has:

• identified numerous design and construction risks.
• identified subsequent risks to personnel safety as a consequence of the above
• provided structural engineering advice relating to these risks.
• proposed remedial / corrective measures to be pursued by EE and its contractors, with the intention of mitigating these risks.
