Project Description
Victoria One is a 75-storey tower at the intersection of Elizabeth and Franklin Streets in Melbourne's CBD. The project transforms the site from a single-level retail building to a mixed-use development that enhances the urban landscape.
The design comprises a 10-level podium integrating car parking with street-fronting apartments, topped by 65 floors of residential space. With 645 apartments in various configurations, Victoria One addresses housing demand in the city centre.
Amenities include an indoor pool, gym, private dining and living spaces, and an exclusive club lounge for residents of the top eight floors.
