Michael joined Robert Bird Group (RBG) in 2007, initially working in the structures division before transitioning to Construction Engineering.

Throughout his tenure, Michael has showcased strong capabilities in designing permanent and temporary works, as well as construction and demolition methodologies. His involvement in key and large-scale temporary works projects, such as the podium steel structure at One Barangaroo Sydney, has further refined his skills. Michael has led RBG Construction Engineering teams in challenging projects, including those in the mining sector and infrastructure projects like Airport Link, Ipswich Motorway Dinmore to Goodna, and Cross River Rail in Brisbane, Australia.

With his wealth of knowledge, Michael collaborates with clients to develop and implement unique construction methodologies. His expertise extends internationally, including projects in Dubai and New Zealand. Serving as the Cross River Rail Construction Phase Services Manager, Michael continues to drive success in project delivery.
