David graduated from the University of South Australia in 1999 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with Honors. He joined Robert Bird Group in 2019, bringing with him a robust background in both structural and civil engineering. With over 20 years of experience, David has been involved in a diverse array of projects encompassing public, residential, and commercial assets. He has successfully managed both the design and project management aspects of large-scale transport, industrial, health, and defence projects. Additionally, David has expertise in delivering comprehensive asset management reports, conducting diagnostic reviews, and performing seismic assessments.

David’s current professional interests revolve around various areas, including workplace design, heritage buildings, auditoria, marine structures, and modular construction methods.
