• Tim Hartlib Director, Specialist Teams Division Lead

Tim has more than 18 year’s industry experience and has a detailed knowledge of most areas of geotechnical design and specialises in providing engineering solutions for complex urban projects within the vicinity of sensitive buildings or infrastructure.

He has considerable experience of using numerical analysis to solve complex ground engineering challenges and providing an interface between clients and the representatives of adjacent infrastructure operators or statutory authorities. These include Network Rail, London Underground, Thames Water, Crossrail and the Environment Agency.

Tim’s experience in this area has developed such that he is able to provide a service, not only associated with geotechnical issues, but can also represent clients on third party interfaces relating to the superstructure and long-term maintenance issues that encompass an entire project.
