Geoff began his career with Robert Bird Group in January 1989 as a trainee draftsperson in our Brisbane office. Over the years, he advanced to various roles, including Senior Draftsperson in Sydney and Drafting Manager in Melbourne and Sydney. In December 2001, he returned to Brisbane to lead the Workshare division, and by December 2003, he was instrumental in establishing the new Global Business Unit in Brisbane as Drafting Manager. In October 2005, he was promoted to Associate, contributing to the management of staff, resources, and projects.

In 2007, Geoff transitioned to full-time operations management, overseeing workshare practices and productivity improvement initiatives across the group. By 2009, he also became Operations Manager for the MENA division based in Dubai. In May 2016, he was promoted to General Manager of the RBG (India) Global Design Centre, managing workshare support teams in India and Poland. With over 35 years of experience in structural projects, including documentation, project coordination, and remedial works management, Geoff has demonstrated exceptional leadership and successfully developed support teams across various locations, including Australia, the UK, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and India.
