Our people are the most integral parts of our business. Without them, we wouldn’t have been able to achieve the successes that the London office has seen over the last 20 years. Our people don’t just engineer buildings but build relationships with our clients and affiliates that lasts decades.
We want to celebrate our employees, past and present, and currently with 200+ employees in the UK, we first celebrate our diversity. With 5 of our specialist teams being led by women, proving to themselves and others around them, that they have the skills, knowledge, experience, and passion to lead and develop teams on some of the world’s most ambitious projects. Lisa Rapson, Laura Bohill, Laura Legnani, Cristina Costa & Paola Caporaletti.
Not forgetting the rest of our Leadership team, who share their passion for engineering to the new generation of RBG employees. Terry Dobbins, Simon Nicholas, Simon Cloherty, Russell Whitehead, Tim Hartlib, Jarrad Warhurst, Mark Boyle, Simon King, Matt Quilty, Giorgio Bianchi, Chris Papanastasiou, Mitesh Patel, Matt Orford, Alex Edmonds, Mark Drew, Nick Cole, Brogan McIlwrick and Paulo Silva.
We also of course would not be able to operate without our core Business Function teams; including Front of House, Administration, IT, Legal, Finance, Quality, People & Culture and Marketing. Without their skills and expertise, we would not be where we are today.
