The Parsons North Development will provides 60 new homes for Westminster City Council, 19 units which are of affordable tenancy and 41 for private sale.

The site comprises an underground car park which is currently vacant and a podium at the ground level which is accessible to the public. The basement structure shares a number of localised load bearing columns with Parsons House.

The scheme comprises the demolition of the existing single storey basement and the construction of a six-storey residential building, with one level of basement to a deeper level than the existing basement. The proposed basement will house a car park, plant rooms, Two bin stores and two bicycle store rooms. The ground floor level will house residential units, a central courtyard with a communal landscaped area and, on the eastern corner of the site adjacent to Edgware Road, 1no single storey commercial units.
