Parsons North

Project Description

The Parsons North Development will deliver 60 new homes for Westminster City Council, addressing local housing needs with 19 affordable units and 41 for private sale.

The project involves the transformation of a vacant underground car park and a publicly accessible ground-level podium. This existing basement structure shares several load-bearing columns with Parsons House.

The development will see the demolition of the existing single-storey basement and the construction of a modern six-storey residential building. This new structure will incorporate a new deeper basement level, accommodating a car park, plant rooms, bin stores, and bicycle storage. The ground floor will feature residential units, a central courtyard with an inviting landscaped communal area, and a single-storey commercial unit on the site’s eastern corner, adjacent to Edgware Road.
