Project Description
Lendlease partnership with Southwark Council to deliver a £1.5 billion regeneration project in Elephant and Castle, comprising 3,000 new homes and 50 shops and restaurants, along with central London’s largest new park in over 70 years. RBG has carried out site-wide feasibility assessments, site investigations and pre-start advice.
- One the Elephant – 37-storey residential delivering 284 apartments.
- Trafalgar Place – Seven buildings up to 12-storeys, delivering 235 apartments.
- MP1 H6, H10, H13 – 360 apartments across nine buildings up to 16-storeys in height.
- MP2 H2 – 365 apartments across four buildings up to 31-storeys tall.
- MP1a Energy Centre – a four-storey community and energy centre.
- MP3 H4, H5 – circa 800 apartments across 8 buildings.
- MP4 H11a, H11b – 492 apartments across 6 blocks ranging between 10-25-storeys.
- MP5 H7 – 430 apartments across 5 blocks, with total GEA 45,000m2.
- MP5 – H1 Office Development.
