Exciting News! RBG is proud to announce that Zoe Alexaki has been shortlisted at the 2024 Women in Rail Awards for a Female Rising Star Award

Since joining RBG’s Civil Structure team in 2020, Zoe has demonstrated exceptional leadership and project delivery skills as a design engineer.

Her dedication to sustainability and innovation is evident in her focus on design for asset management of structures, a critical aspect in achieving net zero goals. Zoe has played a key role in notable RBG projects such as Soundstorm 2023 and Windsor Viaduct.

Currently pursuing her second master’s degree in Infrastructure Engineering and Management, Zoe is committed to continuous learning and growth. She was also the most junior participant in the INWED 2023 #makesafetyseen panel discussion, bringing her frontline experiences of H&S in Rail to a wider audience.

Outside of her academic pursuits, Zoe supports young engineers who are working towards ICE chartership and serves as a team EDI representative, reflecting her dedication to fostering inclusivity and diversity in the engineering field.
