Paolo De Andreis

Paolo joined RBG in 2017, as an Associate Director. After working in Italy for 7 years, where he found his passion for seismic design and started his Msc in Earthquake Engineering, Paolo moved to London. Paolo has been involved in large developments, such as Elizabeth House, Olympia and Broadway; these projects are unique and bring along different technical, design and construction challenges. In particular, Elizabeth House is a 31-storey building spanning across different tube lines. Paolo took an active role, both in the conceptual stage as well as through the detailed design, in defining and developing the arch system to provide support to the building with a span of 108m.

 Paolo enjoys working with the project teams on large scale projects where technical aspects, innovation as well as communication are key to deliver simple and efficient solutions to complex problems.
